Lawsuit Filed Against Ford Motor Company And Michelin After Tire Failure Causes Rollover

Palm Beach, FLORIDA October 25, 2010: Accident attorney Rob Ammons of the Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against Ford Motor Company, Michelin Tire North America and Al Packer West, Inc. car dealership on welfare of Debra Robinson. Robinson was left incapacitated when her car rolled over in an accident.
Robinson was driving a 2000 Ford Frontiersman when it rolled over after the left rear tire failed. Defects in the tire rendered it powerful and it rolled over during the accident that resulted.

Al Packer West, Inc. was also named as a defendant in the suit for they marketed and involved the Ford Colonist while knowing it was prone to loss of domination and rollover in the thing of a rear tire disablement.
